Cancellation/no-show policy

There will be a $50 FEE if you don't call to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance.

 

Surgery deposit policy

When booking surgery, a $50 deposit will be taken at that time to hold your spot. If for any reason you do not show or cancel same day, it will not be refundable.

 

New client deposit policy

First time clients booking an appointment will need to leave a deposit of $90 to cover the exam fee.  It will hold your spot. If for any reason you no show or cancel same day it will not be refundable.

Surgery/dental cancellation policy

There will be a $50 FEE if you don't call to cancel a surgery or dental procedure appointment 24 hours in advance. Your no-show deprives another animal of a time slot for their necessary procedure.

 

Boarding policy

Boarding service will only will be offered to

current patients that are up to date on annual

exams.

 

 

COVID policy

At this time, we are back to full service. Masks are suggested.
